Te Whare Werewere

Werewere is the cervix - the sacred gate that guards the inner chamber of the cosmos - the womb. Werewere is the threshold between Te Ao Wairua and Te Ao Turoa. Werewere is derived from Pungawerewere, ancient Spiderwoman, whose gravity is the web that connects all things across the cosmos as relations.
